For our Recruitment department in Brande, Denmark - a sub department of our Human Resources department - we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team of dedicated coordinators who support our recruiters throughout the recruitment process. Detail and quality-orientation are key words in our approach to support the business in attracting and selecting the right human resources. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will have the opportunity to influence and deal with the entire recruitment process in co-operation with the business, recruiters and candidates. What are my responsibilities? • Setting up and following up on interviews and handling candidates in our recruitment system. • Handling various administrative tasks. • Participating in upstart meetings with managers and recruiters in preparation for the drawing up of job advertisements. • Drawing up and positing job advertisement. • Administrating profile and testing tools. • Training and supporting managers in relation to the recruitment tool. • Corresponding with candidates and managers by phone and email. • Being part of Recruitment’s hotline. • Ad hoc tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Bachelor’s degree in English or a similar education, but are also fluent in Danish, both orally and in writing. You have a detail and quality-oriented, thorough and structured approach to your work assignments. You are good at working independently, but at the same time you are a dedicated team player. You thrive in a dynamic, international and multicultural environment. As a person you are steady, responsible, proactive, helpful and cooperative with a positive attitude. The Siemens HR-department provides assistance to all Siemens companies in Denmark and serves approximately 6.500 employees. We advice, develop and implement all types of HR-related tasks such as recruiting, organization- and employee development and salary- and personnel administration. The department consists of 120 committed employees and we have offices in Ballerup, Brande, Nordborg, Vejle and Aalborg.
