NEU Business unit/ Vestas Asset Management Center/Service Product Management/Global Service As Regional Performance Partner you will be supporting specific Sales Business Units within the Vestas Asset Management Center (VAMC), part of the Service Product Management department in the Global Service organization. Located in the Sales Business Unit you will work closely with the Regional Service Operations consisting of service directors, area/regional managers, and supervisors, regional technical Operations Support, and the Global Vestas Asset Management Center. Furthermore, you are responsible for the Operational Performance Assurance in "your" region. Responsibilities Drive a cost reduction culture within each region and responsible for Operational Performance Assurance in the region. Perform Windfarm & Turbine Drilldown Analysis for Performance Assurance on all Operational KPIs and drive them. Perform advanced cost analysis, WTG data diagnostics & analysis Engage with the regional service directors to improve performance of business and platforms Provide failure forecasts and other analyses for optimized and accurate business forecast and site/area budgets Active involvement in Regional Projects on Operational Performance Optimization like Regional continuous improvement cases etc. Drive active knowledge sharing on Best Practices within the region and also across other regions. Qualifications Preferably you have a background within engineering, business performance management and/or relevant experience You possess strong statistical aptitude & data crunching ability Ideally you have some years' experience from a similar position Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel, VB Scripts & database tools like SQL Studio and Data analytical tools in industrial sector Good Knowledge of DMAIC Six Sigma Methodology (Green Belt or above) Good knowledge of operational cost prediction/analysis Good Knowledge of Reliability / Failure Forecasting & Analysis in Industrial goods.
