We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join SPX Flow Technology Danmark A/S, responsible for growing revenues of APV brand plate heat exchangers into the marine markets of selected countries across Europe. This key role within our global commercial organization is to be based in our office in Kolding, Denmark, with travel estimated at 20-25 days per year. The successful candidate will be a collaborative relationship builder with persistence and high drive, able to establish strong networks and convert obstacles into opportunities. A technical mindset and a passion for working within an engineering environment are expected. Role Profile •Manage and develop the SPX Heat Exchange Marine business across the region •Oversee technical and commercial aspects of the regional Heat Exchange Marine business, including technical design, quotations and contract negotiations •Partner with regional and product experts to prepare and execute sales plans •Liaise between factories, sales partners, and customers •Develop new and existing customers, both direct and indirect •Educate partners on the SPX Heat Exchange product portfolio, support sales initiatives in the countries, and identify opportunities for growth •Support overall SPX Heat Exchanger business goals and strategies and explore opportunities for other product synergies with existing and new partners and agents. Candidate Profile •Pro-active, target driven individual with top calibre persuasion and negotiation abilities •Background as Chief Engineer, Bachelor’s degree (BE) or equivalent experience •Demonstrated ability to own, plan & manage a region, strategically grow sales, while adding value to customers and the company •Proven sales record promoting technical products directly to end users and through partners and agents in the marine market sector •In depth knowledge of the sales process, including forecasting, building pipelines, key account management, and partner and agent development and management •Fluent in English; familiarity with Danish and/or another European language an advantage •Willingness to travel 20-25 days per year.
