The job
In this strategic role, you will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and tools aligned with LEO Pharma strategy, best practice, and thought leadership.
You will provide regional input to the global Talent Acquisition strategy, representing our global headquarters in Denmark and key European markets. You will not be recruiting, but will serve as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, including advising and coaching, to our HR business partners, the line of business (LoB) and partner closely with internal and external key partners.
You will be part of developing the global initiatives while at the same time design and drive the regional/local implementation plans for initiatives including launch of our global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in 2019. Other tasks will include:
- Implement local EVPs aligned with the global EVP
- Recommend sourcing strategy, recruitment methods and channels to build talent pipelines for critical positions
- Establish and drive proactive reach-out and relation building to passive candidates in relation to future critical positions e.g. in our Global Research & Development
- Pilot in-sourcing of search activities for prioritized positions to build business case
- Identify and deploy candidate sourcing, screening, assessment & selection tools
- Provide recruitment metrics and talent analytics to make recommendations
In the longer run, you will also be part of implementing a new global recruitment process supported by SuccessFactors.
Your qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with talent acquisition strategies/employer branding/recruitment marketing (social media/job ads/SEO)/recruitment technology/AI solutions
- Specific regional knowledge/acumen of regional differences within talent acquisition including compliance with regional and local regulations, labour markets, competitive landscape and supply/demand
- Project management and visible business success leading talent acquisition projects
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse talent acquisition systems and tools
- Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, cultural awareness, and business acumen/savvy
- Fluent in English and strong in written communications
- Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage

You will be part of a matrix set up and experience the benefit of that: You will be close to Line of Business by reporting to the Head of Strategic HR Business Partnering for Global R&D located in Denmark. At the same time you will be a member of a strong subject matter expert team within Talent Acquisition by having an indirect reporting line to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition located in the US.
