We are looking for a result-oriented and ambitious Replenishment Planner, who can control the distribution of ONLY’s “Never Out of Stock” (NOOS) styles for our largest external customers on the European markets.

Our mission is to create an ever strong and trendy replenishment program for our customers, reflecting market demands, and to ensure tools, which can contribute to our ambitious growth target. Our products are sold throughout Europe as well as in Canada and the Middle East. ONLY NOOS is a versatile, result-oriented and highly value-generating team, characterized by respect, persistence and a positive and including atmosphere.

In close cooperation with your colleagues, you will ensure that our largest customers always have the most optimal product range at stock. You will have full responsibility for your customers’ stock, and to succeed, you must build a true partnership with your customers. Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) towards our external customers is a continuous project, and you will have a high degree of impact on your markets, covering the development of most steps in the value chain, including sales, logistics and IT.

Analytical and structured with strong people skills

Analytical skills and a strong sense of structure is pivotal to succeed in this role. We are looking for a person, who is motivated by reaching tangible results, such as turnover ratio, stock level and product performance. As you will work across departments and countries with various customers, it is also important that you are outgoing, service minded and a strong communicator – an inventory management strategy is worth nothing, if the customer does not understand or believe in it. You have a natural interest in business analysis, as well as a high degree of curiosity and the ability to challenge in a diplomatic manner. Finally, you thrive in a role, where new learnings and challenges await every day.

Qualifications:

 - Relevant education, preferably a BA degree or higher

 - Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

 - Strong analytical and communication abilities

 - High level in English, spoken and written

 - Knowledge of German, French or Dutch is considered an advantage
