Overall objective and responsibilities

Your overall objective in this position will be to drive and document global financial reporting framework and continued streamlined our global financial planning processes through strong stakeholder management, continue improvements and proactive communication founded on dynamic planning principle/mindset.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Drive global financial planning process
• Drive and documents financial reporting framework
• Continue to challenge and improve our financial reporting, through standardisation and creating insights
• Secure reporting framework improvements are integrated into management reporting and financial planning process
• LEO Planning Wheel – Ensure alignment and integration to global key processes
• Drive and participate in projects (e.g. Group Profit Margin analysis)

 Experience from a similar position in Corporate Finance

You have a Master’s degree in business administration, economy or similar. This is backed by at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar position in Corporate Finance preferably in an international setting. You are good at Excel and if you know SAP it will be an advantage, as we are implementing SAP as our new, global ERP system. If not, you can use your general curiosity and motivation for acquiring new knowledge to learn SAP fast. 

You will need solid analytical skills and to be driven by creating tangible results, on your own and as part of a team. As you will work cross-organisationally you must have a strong command of English, written and spoken – and be comfortable in addressing an audience of very skilled and demanding managers. Related to this, you thrive on building good relations to multiple stakeholders.

The position offers a unique opportunity in Global Business Finance to drive and anchor reporting framework and continue the development of the financial planning process.

In the longer perspective the role gives you various development opportunities both internationally in Global Business Finance as well as the opportunity to move in to other function areas depending on experience and interest.
