Research scientist, Solid Products Development, Bagsværd We are responsible for solid formulation development within Novozymes working with a broad range of granulation, drying, coating and immobilisation processes. Our tasks range from innovative formulation technology development, over new products development and optimization projects, to troubleshooting, marketing support and customer-focused collaborations. You will be offered an exciting position where you will be engaged in developing and scaling up new products/processes for our production plants, combining science and innovation with customer care-abouts. You will be challenged on applying your scientific knowledge and creativity, your collaborative skills and your drive for results in cross-functional project groups and with Novozymes’ customers and partners. In this position you need to have: MSc in chemical engineering or similar, potentially combined with a Ph.D. degree, where you achieved good grades. Theoretical and/or ‘hands on’ knowledge within e.g. solid product formulation or processes, application of enzymes or product development is an advantage. A results-oriented mindset, like working with multiple tasks, showing initiative and a strong personal drive Leadership ambitions and talent; you possess good networking and collaboration skills and thrive in an informal and dynamic (sometimes hectic) environment Good communication skills in English, but not necessarily in Danish.
