Take responsibility for the visual concept in our OUTLET stores in a challenging position, where you can influence your own results as well as our growth.
 
We are looking for a result-oriented and inspiring individual to take on the responsibility for developing and executing the visual concept for JACK & JONES OUTLET.
If you have experience from the outlet business, then this is your chance to contribute to building up JACK & JONES OUTLET from scratch!

A new part of our business
JACK & JONES is one of Europe’s largest and leading men’s clothing brands, and we are now extending our business by venturing into the outlet world. Our ambition is to expand with a significant number of OUTLET stores across Europe in the coming years. 
You become part of the JACK & JONES OUTLET team based in Denmark, which in addition to you consists of a Retail Buyer and a Retail Manager dedicated to growing our outlet business. 

The responsibility
You create the best surroundings for improving sales in our OUTLET stores. You become responsible for the training of in-store employees as well as the implementation of our visual guidelines in JACK & JONES OUTLET stores across Europe. 
 

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Developing monthly and weekly strategies for the visual merchandising of the OUTLET stores based on the overall visual merchandising strategy and following up on the in-store implementation
  • Overseeing new store openings and re-openings
  • Identifying training needs, developing training material and communicating this through our digital training platform
  • Developing and conducting workshops
  • Developing in-store promotion plans in collaboration with the OUTLET Retail Buyer
  • Visiting stores to ensure that guidelines and promotion activities are followed
  • Regular follow-ups on KPIs at store level.

You can expect approx. 30-50 annual travel days as a natural part of ensuring closeness to the OUTLET stores.
 

Qualifications

  • Experience from a similar position working with visual merchandising and training in-store colleagues in the fashion outlet industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Solid numeracy and understanding of store management
  • Fluent in written and spoken English – any German language skills are considered an additional advantage.
