Reward management is an integral part of how our business leaders recruit and retain talent, and the global drilling industry is an industry with many interesting reward challenges. For these reasons, Maersk Drilling needs a Compensation and Benefits team which works closely together with the HR community and with business leaders to solve strategic challenges, something which is only possible when we have solid compensation processes, market insight and analytical power. We are searching for a new team member for our Compensation and Benefits team to be part of this business collaboration, acting as our main anchor point for compensation processes, systems and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities The Reward Analyst’s primary roles will be: • To act as focal point for the following: a) The Annual Review Process – smooth execution and stakeholder management b) Systems and tools – so that they enable our key processes c) Market intelligence – gather, understand and interpret recent, relevant and reliable data • Evaluating and maintaining salary bands • Maintaining intranet page and QM system with relevant communication and required information • Providing advice to the HR community within the frame of existing policies and practice Development opportunities in the role include for example: • Participation in development projects, such as for example rolling out changes to compensation elements, creating compensation awareness • Participation in training and communication activities in order to build Reward capabilities in the CnB team, in HR and among line managers Who we are looking for The ideal candidate would be: • Excited about HR and Reward Management. Understands how Reward Management is a valuable tool for managers • Enjoying counseling, sparring, training and teamwork. • Thinking analytically and in terms of systems. Likes designing a process, creating an Excel tool • Working conscientiously with high quality standards We would be looking for the following formal qualifications and working experience: • 3-5 years of working experience preferably in an HR related field • At least 1-2 years of Compensation & Benefits experience with knowledge of benchmarks, IT tools (eg SAP HR) and annual review processes.
