You will join our Global Rewards and Mobility department
As our new Reward Partner (Maternity Cover) you will be part of the Group HR Centre of Excellence function, that delivers solutions within the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Total Rewards and Global Mobility. The Total Rewards and Global Mobility team consists of 11 professionals and you will be reporting to Group Head of Rewards & Mobility.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- responsible for compensation and benefits for Head Office Functions, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and one of the Global Market Business Units.
- to administer and govern the company's compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies.
- Conduct job evaluations, model and govern salary increases and ad-hoc benchmarking, model and govern other incentive and benefit plans
- participate and analyse compensation and benefits surveys, collect internal and external data and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets
- to develop and conduct analysis and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.
- participate in both Group wide as well as local compensation and benefits projects.
