Carlsberg Global Business Services is right now seeking a RFS Manager to join the team IT Vendor Management. The job The RFS Manager is working with Request For Services, which are basically deliverables supporting IT projects that Carlsberg IT is buying from our outsourcing partners. You will as RFS Manager together with colleagues all over Carlsberg, ensure high level deliverables are met and you are daily involved in requirement specifications, assessments, proposals, invoicing and contract changes to ensure that everything is running as smoothly as possible according to agreed processes. We do not expect that you have some technical background within IT. We are also looking for a candidate with basic project management skill and a structured mind. The geographical scope of the role is Europe. However the RFS Manager will be working in Copenhagen. Area of responsibilities: •Focal point for all Carlsberg RFS’ - Provide a channel for colleagues to request and receive products and services •Providing a quick and effective access to standard services which the business staff at Carlsberg can use to improve their productivity or the quality of business services and products •Providing information to customers about the availability of services and the procedure for obtaining them •Drive coordination and meetings regarding all related RFS matters •Escalation point for all RFS related issues •Discuss and drive improvements to the RFS procedure with suppliers and internally in Carlsberg.
