Verdens bedste arbejdsplads med 500 herlige børn og unge i aldersgruppen 9-13 år søger en pædagog til at varetage vores ridetilbud.
Vi søger en uddannet pædagog med kendskab og kærlighed til heste. Læreruddannede kan også komme i betragtning. Stillingen er på 27 timer/ugen og arbejdstiden er skemalagt i tidsrummet 12-19 på hverdage.
Som vores ridemedarbejder bliver det din opgave at følge vores ridehold til rideskolen og samarbejde med rideskolens undervisere. Det betyder også at du skal være indstillet på at skulle ud af huset 2-3 dage om ugen, både sommer og vinter.
Desuden bliver det din opgave at planlægge og deltage i en til to årlige ridekolonier. Det er en klar fordel hvis du selv kan ride.
Udover opgaven som ridemedarbejder skal du også fungere som kontaktpædagog. Du skal derfor være fagligt funderet og god til pædagogisk relationsarbejde, ligesom forældrekontakt vil være en del af din hverdag.
