Do you have experience with RPA development and an interest and knowledge of the theory behind automation techniques? Are you passionate about Robotics, RPA and new technology and do you have a strong interest in process improvement? Then you might be our new RPA developer. Our team focuses on developing new digital quality solutions, hereunder RPA and automation, primarily using UiPath to assist our customers automating their processes, improving performance and gaining concrete business benefits.
About the department
A new unit has been established to drive digital quality transformation in Novo Nordisk Quality. This includes exploring digital solutions by identifying, developing and driving new digital initiatives within quality owned processes and the Quality organisation for the benefit of the entire business.
The position
Our team is growing and we are looking for a new RPA developer who would like to explore and add value for our customers by developing new solutions. By using your analytical sense and development skills, you will help our customers find the right solutions to simplify and automate their processes. Your function will include advising on, building and validating RPA solutions for our Line of Business.
You are a team player who helps our business to meet their goals. You enjoy the development challenges you meet in digital automation, and like to continuously improve our way of working. You will be involved in tasks ranging from value stream mapping, process and concept design to development of RPA solutions. You will work with enforcing and improving our design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for:
- Design, development and implementation of RPA processes using UiPath
- Validating the processes by performing appropriate testing
- Ensuring configuration control and documentation
- Advising customers in the use of RPA and qualification of new automation processes
- Using agile methodologies on a daily basis and working closely with the project team members
You will be part of a new team who is passionate about working with digitalisation and exploring opportunities to solve complicated business challenges. Your vital contribution is to stay at the cutting edge of intelligent automation technologies and applications.
Qualifications
You probably have a Master's degree or similar in an IT related field.
- Experience with UiPath (preferably UiPath certified)
- Knowledge of working in an agile environment
We emphasise accountability and reaching goals through an analytical and collaborative effort, thus it is essential that you are able to use your good interpersonal and communication skills to achieve results together with others. Fluency in spoken and written English is expected.
