Can you design leading digital organisations balanced with SAFe as an operating model?
Join us and become SAFe Business Architect in Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence where you’ll be responsible for leading the design and re-design processes of existing and future Agile Release Trains as well as delivering towards the establishment of a SAFe Operating Model.
In our group, we’re in the middle of an exciting SAFe (Scaled Agile) transformation – designing and launching virtual, cross-functional organisations called Agile Release Trains that enable us to deliver on the Digital Strategy and become a leading digital company. From Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence, we facilitate the design process of the Agile Release Trains – we run SAFe classroom training for colleagues joining an Agile Release Train, and we launch and coach the Agile Release Trains in agile methodology and mindset.
Your key tasks will be to
- lead and facilitate Agile Release Train design and re-design sessions across the organisation
- design and deliver interaction models aligned to the group’s strategic SAFe journey in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- develop, adjust and improve the SAFe operating model
- advise on good SAFe design principles.
You’ll become a key member of the Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence and work closely with the agile coaches and the Head of Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence on driving the SAFe transformation in the group.
Together with stakeholders across the group’s business units, you’ll focus on facilitating and leading agile processes based on your solid understanding of strategy, business, technology and organisational change management.
Your competences include that you
- have a master’s degree in technology or business
- have experience with facilitating SAFe design workshops
- have worked with designing the SAFe operating model and extensive experience with operating model design
- have moderate experience in an agile role and have a proven track record of achievements in your field
- hold a relevant SAFe certification.
Furthermore, you speak and write English fluently. You understand and articulate the relation between strategic business goals and backlog items, and you have an excellent understanding of how to drive and achieve goals across business units. Preferably, you have solid project management experience.
You’re analytical, pragmatic and able to see and articulate issues from different stakeholder perspectives. The ability to facilitate and lead processes with an open mindset while challenging assumptions and building trust is key to success. Collaboration is a key motivator for you. Being a part of a new department, the process of receiving feedback and responding to change is natural for you. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and you thrive with focus on execution.
