Vestas Northern Europe, Nordic, special task service, Energy Control Coordinator Group Vestas Northern Europe is Vestas Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK, Poland and the Baltic countries. We are responsible for sales, project management and installation, as well as service of wind turbines in these countries. Our customers are primarily among larger energy companies and professional investors, but also private investors. Our service departments are working professionally and effectively to ensure the operation and maintenance of our customers wind turbines. Special task works with the latest technology, and the latest initiatives in service to build and subsequently share skills with the rest of Service Nordic. We have in addition to our regular tasks in Scandinavia also the responsibility for support to our special task colleagues in other countries in Vestas Northern Europe. Responsibilities Register and do the case handling of accidents, incidents and observations in service DK Ensure a high quality in the handling of cases Participate in accident investigations and suggest concrete proposals for the prevention of similar accidents in the future Ensure that reporting will be performed in accordance with the applicable guidelines and deadlines Ensure knowledge sharing across departments Ensure visibility of results Initiate prevention of accidents based on the ongoing analytical of reporting's Participate actively so we can achieve our objectives within safety Qualifications Technical background is preferred - e.g. electrician Previous work experience with safety work Good administrative skills and presentation skills Good English skills, both orally and in writing Skills in MS office and SAP skills Driving license for car Competencies Strong people skills and are able to communicate on all levels You have the right discipline and mentality to plan and organize your own working day You are a role model in safety and have the drive to inspire others What we offer You will be a key player in the future development of safety work in service DK You will be a part of a dedicated team with a professional approach to the daily challenges Good opportunities for both personal and professional development Good working environment with excellent career opportunities Additional information This position is based in Videbæk, Denmark.
