You are offered a unique job opportunity in our Global Sales Controller team where you will get the chance to apply all your accounting, analytical and personal skills. Develop and maintain tools and secure transparency In close corporation with the rest of the Global Sales Controller team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining principles and processes in order to ensure transparency and consistency as a solid foundation for decision making within Sales. Among your areas of responsibility: •Direct sparing partner with the Indirect Sales organisation •Take part in securing predictability in sales outlook and driving foundation for target setting, etc. •Monthly performance follow up •Securing management information •Support the organisation with value-added insight and knowledge when looking at new business opportunities You are offered a unique opportunity to build a wide network across the entire Danfoss organisation. A strong analytic capacity with sound interpersonal skills You have extensive experience as a business controller, are self-driven and have a collaborative an organised approach to problem solving combined with exceptional influencing and communication skills. You hold a BSc or MSc in finance, accounting, economics or business administration. Ideally you are familiar with SAP, SAP BW and potentially also Hyperion Financial Management. You have analytic capabilities which enables you to overview a global, complex organisation, and you are willing to go the extra mile to secure the results. You have sound interpersonal skills and are comfortable in an environment which requires both the ability to challenge and support your business partners at all levels of the organisation.
