For our Offshore Sales department, we are looking for Sales Coordinator to assist the sales management function based in Vejle. You will be part of a powerful team of inspiring colleagues in a dynamic and interesting department. What are my responsibilities? As a Sales Coordinator Offshore your primary responsibilities will cover: • Preparing and registering bids/no bids • Handling and keeping overview of customer requests • Preparing and maintaining correspondence with customers • Updating sales database • Preparing and booking meetings and preparing minutes • Preparing and booking travel arrangements • Supporting and controlling that processes and procedures are implemented and followed • Coordinating and participating in conferences and trade fairs • Undertaking general ad hoc tasks for sales team and sales director What do I need to qualify for this job? You have an administrative background and experience with sales coordination from a position in a similar business. As a person you are proactive, flexible and service-minded and you have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your assignments. Furthermore, you have good networking skills, and you possess excellent communication, English and IT skills. You thrive in an international and multi-cultural environment.
