We Offer MCI is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our dynamic and highly engaged sales and marketing team. The head quarter group has the global sales responsibility and also includes MCI’s service team. The position is an internal sales function where a large part of the responsibility is coordination with the factories in China and Chile. Other tasks will be order handling, invoicing, contract work and generally ensuring that our ERP system matches the transactions made. Furthermore, you will be the global sales back-up and ad-hoc project work can occur. Key Responsibilities As Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities are: • Administration of orders, invoicing and contracts • Updating ERP and CRM systems • Perform market analysis • Maintain and develop various reports and statistics • Coordination with colleagues within the group and Global customer base Who we are looking for You have a strong relevant educational background such as a commercial diploma/bachelor or market economist. Alternatively you have experience from a similar position within internal sales or business-to-business markets. The position includes a great deal of communication in English, thus good English skills are required. Spanish and German can also be useful, but is not a requirement. It will be an advantage if you already have in-depth knowledge of Excel and Access. As a person you are analytical and good at structuring your work with an eye for detail. You have a strong team spirit and prioritize to be a good colleague - thereby contributing to the creation of motivation, loyalty and a strong company identity.
