Sales Development Manager (f/m) Business Unit Electronic Components Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate leads the charge in the BU effort to push its products to the customers, creating customer product tactical planning. The Sales Development Manager will work together with Corporate Sales & Marketing (Account Managers) in order to fulfill targets and execute on mutually agreed activities (including customer visits, trainings, etc.) Additional responsibilities include: •Align view with Account Manager on sales and profitability perspectives •Agree to customer sales and profitability targets and create account plan with Account Manager •Provide input to Account Manager regarding target customers, products to push and actions required to do so •Provide Input on technical data needed to provide optimal proposal to the customer •Recommend materials to be included into the proposal to enhance chances of success Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the following: •University degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering discipline or sufficient experience in mechanical/ hydraulic/ electronics design or technical support •Formal commercial experience is a strong plus •5+ years’ experience in a sales/ technical/ engineering/ commercial position in the target market •Extensive technical expertise of products produced by the BU •Good knowledge of key IT tools (incl. SAP) •Ability to work in international team environments •Service minded, placing the customer at the centre of his/her preoccupation •Passion for BU’s and Danfoss Power Solutions’ products •Fluency in English both spoken and written What we offer: •An interesting and challenging job in high performance teams •A global environment where you will be able to continuously develop your skills and competencies
