In our internal sales consultancy team, you get a strategic, cross-functional and international role, where you will build a tremendous end-to-end understanding of the LEGO Group. Help improve our Sales organisation As Sales Development Manager, you join four colleagues in our Customer Planning team in Billund. Working as a global consulting function for the LEGO® Sales organisation, we help identify and embed best practice within Sales and Key Account Management functions to sustain our commercial momentum. To facilitate this, you focus on developing our capabilities, processes and systems by managing projects, leading a work stream in larger projects or as a subject matter expert, who represents Sales in cross-functional projects. More specifically, you: Take the lead on our trade promotion planning agenda globally, analysing commercial learnings, enhancing our platform and building the roadmap for continued success in this area Act as the primary link between our markets and IT, articulating short- to medium-term business requirements for Sales related business and IT projects Develop and share best practice, training and building on the capabilities of colleagues within Sales, Operation, Finance and Demand Drive our change management agenda and thereby aligning tools, processes and reporting across the Sales organisation Trusted to perform You join a global project team, where play and creativity is an integrated part of everyday business. Your qualifications: You have +3 years of experience, preferable from the FMCG industry, ideally within sales, trade marketing, key account management or, alternatively, from business consulting You hold an academic degree, preferably within business, and any knowledge of business transformation projects and Project Management is a plus You are analytical and understand IT from a business angle - e.g. working with larger ERP solutions like SAP, analytical tools and Excel You have a commercial mindset, know how to communicate with Sales and Marketing people and how to win people over in relation to your change management agenda You can travel 30-40 days a year, and you speak and write English fluently Bringing it to life "Take this opportunity to secure our commercial success, taking us towards new levels of excellence by using your interdisciplinary and international vision," says Lars Haldborg Thomsen, Head of Customer Planning.
