At Danfoss Industrial Refrigeration (AC-IRF) we are on the lookout for a skilled sales profile who can develop and execute our sales strategy within AC-IRF. Among other things you will be responsible for seeking opportunities to increase SOW at existing OEM´s, providing daily local support to the OEM accounts and developing/maintaining relationship with key stakeholders. Your office may be home-based and you must expect a significant amount of travelling (50%). Quick relation builder to key OEM´s You report to the Sales Manager of Industrial Refrigeration and will be part of the Global AC Sales Team where you will help developing WS to support IRF industry and their customers. Your mission is to bring Danfoss visibility back to the IRF market and ensure Danfoss network for support (technical, quality, CS). Moreover, you take ownership of maintaining customer data in SAP (CRM) and maintaining accurate and up to date database of projects in opportunity pipeline software besides finding and supporting new qualified OEM accounts. Besides the above mentioned tasks your key tasks are to: •Maintain and support cross divisional support within Danfoss •Support of KAM •Support cross regional activities of OEM •Provide training of decision makers to create value in Danfoss •Provide frequent training and incentives to increase IRF comfort level at WS and grow IRF sales through WS •Visit contractors regularly to learn from of upcoming projects •Establish trust and visibility at contractors/develop and support IRF industry in Denmark Substantial sales and support experience You have solid experience of industry related sales or supporting sales and a solid track record of performance besides an in depth knowledge of the IRF market, including major customers, competitors, equipment suppliers, etc. and last but not least you have a solid IRF product and application knowledge. As a minimum, you have a bachelor´s degree in Engineering and you have excellent presentation and communication skills, within Danish and English, which enables you to build cross cultural relations and professional boundaries.
