At Danfoss IXA, we are on the lookout for a skilled sales profile who can generate, develop and execute our sales strategy for IXA marine emission sensors globally. You will be responsible for achieving agreed business goals in accordance with the overall business strategy and for ensuring superior performance matching the appropriate KPIs. You must expect approx. 100-130 travelling days/year as our customers are globally located. Build strong market position You report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director and will be part of the Sales, Marketing and Project organisation. Your mission is to further develop our market position by locating, developing, and defining, negotiating and closing business deals whilst strengthening business relationships. Moreover, you will hunt for new emission sensor projects as well as market opportunities. Other key tasks are to:•Build market positions by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business •Negotiate and close orders •Develop new accounts •Develop and improve existing customer relations •Participate in exhibitions •Collect and provide knowledge on market potentials, market trends and competitors •Provide and maintain high quality communication to customers •Continuously inquire for updated knowledge of competition, regulation and applications Solid sales experience from the marine industry You have solid experience and success with conducting international sales in the maritime industry. Moreover, you have good technical understanding and contract negotiation skills. You have an aggressive sales drive and work proactively to win the market. On a more personal note, you are self-driven, robust and work independently yet with a strong connection to the team.
