The Service Offshore organization at our global Service head office in Brande, Denmark is expanding its international business activities, and we are therefore looking for a Project Sales Manager for Offshore Service. What are my responsibilities? As a Sales Manager for Offshore Service your main responsibilities will cover: · Leading sales projects and negotiations through closing · Initiating and drafting customer tender responses · Ensuring proper technical and contractual handling as well as coordination of proposal development process · Coordinating efforts of the project sales team and of associated partners at the Brande head quarters and in the regional entities · Keeping service management up to date on the sales project progress and ensuring the appropriate approvals · Together with the wind turbine sales team, actively pursuing business opportunities and sales leads Travel activities must be expected What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a degree in Engineering, Economics or Sales and Marketing combined with extensive experience in project sales or development. Ideally, you are already employed within the wind, energy or power sector, but your sales experience may also stem from another company selling complex service solutions or other intangible products. You have a thorough commercial understanding, a profound contract management expertise and feel at ease in contract negotiations in complex multicultural business environments. · As a person you are self-determined and proactive, and you have the drive to continuously create results and motivate your colleagues to perform successfully. As such, you possess a flexible mindset, are highly responsive and quickly catch up on things. You are a skilled communicator with the ability to interface at all levels of an international organization, and you are fluent in spoken as well as written English. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
