And would you like to bring your extensive sales experience into play in a global environment by coaching, training and supporting experienced sales managers? Then you could be our new Sales & Marketing Programme (SMP) Manager in Danfoss Heating Solutions. You will be part of a global team consisting of five dedicated Managers all working from different locations. You will report to the Sales Support Director and you will be working closely together with Danfoss Business Systems on continuous improvement of sales processes. Expect around 30 – 50% travel activity. Ensure business objectives in project management Your primary objective is to successfully drive transformation and implementation processes to ensure business objectives and to contribute to the establishment of a performance culture within sales with focus on leadership skills, professional performance management and a continuous improvement mindset. Other key responsibilities are to: •Challenge, coach and develop sales managers and their teams to use best practice sales tools and processes •Run pilots and Kaizens in the sales organisation to ensure capability and sustainability •Develop and maintain new learning, tools and processes to continuously improve sales models and work streams •Review the impact, adoption and sustainability of previous Kaizens via structured auditing and communicate progress and impact As an SMP Manager it is vital to understand and perform professional stakeholder management and you will be expected to build and develop your network within the sales & marketing organisation in order to challenge, improve and revise current processes. Extensive sales experience, strong business insights and project management skills As an SMP Manager you have extensive experience with sales, i.e. from working as a sales manager or key account manager within project sales, and your strong business insights will help you succeed with your projects. You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business development, sales & marketing or similar, and combined with your understanding of business flows and processes you are a role model for our sales team. As such, your toolbox contains everything you need to plan and drive change processes to the finish line. You have good stakeholder management and negotiation skills and are used to applying your solid communicative skills in a multicultural environment. You have proven your change management skills in previous projects and have an innovative mindset and an infectious, energetic personality, which you use to motivate others to see the bigger picture and realise common objectives. You are result-oriented and ambitious, and you like to see your projects succeed. You are a firm and capable decision-maker, and you recognise the point at which it is wise to compromise for the benefit of the end result.
