You will join Danfoss Automatic Controls and play a key role in leading forecasting and KPI data. Sales, operations, planning and logistics You will report to the Senior Director Global Supply Chain AC and play a key role in the daily follow-up, ensuring that availability and stock levels match customer demands and being the driver of the S&OP process, establishing the data and working the data pack for forecasting and stock budgeting. Your key tasks will include: •Driving and promoting the S&OP process •Ensuring data establishment and following up on KPIs •Heading and participating in logistics projects •Implementing measures to increase availability •Capacity planning and management of production constraints •Building a global logistics strategy •Being a project member to secure AC’s logistics road map As an S&OP Manager, the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and effectively building a network within a large organisation, will be very important. One of your success parameters will be to ensure an updated S&OP schedule supported by valid KPI data, forecasting data and stock budgets. Analytical and innovative manager You hold a track record displaying sound experience within both logistics, advanced Excel and SAP. Besides, it is important that you have anchored your experience within sales and operations planning and project management. You have a relevant educational background. Since you are highly self-driven, you thrive on giving that bit of extra to secure a successful outcome. You are persistent, which allows you to hold on to your recommendations when KPI/budget deviations occur. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, also in written and spoken English. With your personal impact, you have diplomatic networking skills that ensure optimal cooperation with all stakeholders. On top of that, you have the ability to cope with many tasks at the same time, and you follow up on the activities in a way that is recognised broadly as adding value for all people affected.
