Description
As a Sales and Operations Planner you are part of the Global Supply Planning team and act as a key driver in S&OP Processes while driving innovation projects. You are responsible for your own product group and join a team of 7 colleagues in Global Supply.Your responsibility
The Sales and operations planner is responsible for the capacity plans in the Sampler value stream and ensures a balanced capacity utilization on all production lines in the Sampler area Furthermore, you are responsible for:
• Executing and organizing the S&OP process for the Sampler area• Participate in continuously improvement projects within the S&OP process• Improve forecast accuracy by conducting and presenting structured root cause analysis• Report on KPI’s• Run improvement and cross functional projects linked to supply chain• Develop Qlikview reports• Coordination with production and marketing to ensure a high delivery performance The job contains travel activities between 2-3 weeks per year.

Qualifications
You might have a bachelor in operations management engineering (Production engineer) or have a cand.merc.SCM background. Most importantly, we believe that the following increase your chances of success in the job:
- Experience within production planning short and long term and preferable background in S&OP planning
- You are an advanced IT-user and it is an advantage if you are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX
- You are known as a service minded and outgoing team player
- You have good communications skills
