Job ID: 231543 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full Time As Sales Project Manager in our Market Unit Offshore you will have the overall responsibility for managing the Sales Project Team during the bid phase and the contract negotiation phase. More specifically you will be overall accountable for our Solution Packages in the response to customer Tenders and subsequently negotiated contracts, including internal coordination ensuring an optimized overall Solution Package based on individual work packages. You will be instrumental in motivating the Sales Team and creating a frame for success in a highly paced and very professional environment. What are my responsibilities? · Overall responsibility for the timely, competitive and compliant submission of Tenders to Customers · Overall responsibility for negotiation and conclusion of Customer Contracts · Coordination with the Commercial Sales Manager on technical aspects of Contracts · Set expectations, motivate and develop a high performance environment · Facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation · Set clear deliverables for Solution Sales team members, track progress and ensure timely delivery · Align Customer expectations with Siemens deliverables, and ensure consequences of Customer requirements are reflected in both costing and time planning · Overall responsibility for internal project planning, reporting and follow up · Overall responsibility for internal achievement of the Project Milestones · Ensure successful handover to Project Management upon Contract signature What do I need to qualify for this job? · Extensive experience from international large scale Project Management and/or Project Sales, preferably from the Energy or Entrepeneurial Sector. · Previous experience of, and responsibility for, complex (Sales) Projects Management in multicultural teams and with highly professional Customers. · Fluent English, both written and spoken · Negotiation skills · People management skills and ability to motive and engage team members/colleagues · Experience with multi-contracting in large projects and an appreciation of how contracts are inter-related and dependent. · Ability to scrutinize multi-contract detail for back-to-back coverage. · Risk handling and risk mitigation competencies · Technical understanding of wind projects and SWP’s product portfolio is preferable but not a necessity · Appreciation of project economics and contractual conditions in Wind Power projects is preferable but not a necessity In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
