You will become a part of a skilled and ambitious sales team of 5 people – all striving to be the best partner to our customers. We are driven by creating future growth and success for PIECES, and the atmosphere in our team is best described as highly energetic, results oriented and collaborative.
The job
As Sales Responsible your overall responsibility is to ensure continuous development of sales in PIECES. You will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring that we achieve our budget objectives. Based on your sales experience, you quickly identify what is needed in each market to create sales growth. Additionally, you frequently follow up on performance and objectives with our local sales teams, creating a constant focus on sales activities and results. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that each market always has the right product mix, thereby, increasing the turnover in all categories.
More specifically, your areas of responsibility include:
- Develop, evaluate and follow-up on sales strategies
- Build, expand and develop strong relations with online and wholesale customers
- Daily contact with the sales representatives on the markets
- Daily and weekly follow-up on sales figures, product performance, as well as budgets
- Plan, prepare and manage sales promotional initiatives
- Participate in internal collection meetings
- Weekly update to your Regional Wholesale Manager on sales figures and product development
- Travelling to your markets for collection meetings/customer appointments and inspiration trips.
Qualifications
- Experience that shows that you can translate sales strategies into result-generating actions
- Min. 2 years of sales experience, from either the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Knowledge of wholesale and e-com
- Experience with building and maintaining customer relations
- Experience with working across cultures
- A driver’s licence is required
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
