About the position

For our Operational Analytics team we are looking for a Sales Tools Specialist.
The Operational Analytics team is part of Global Operations within the Service HQ functions.
The team is responsible for the Sales Offer Calculation tool as well as the Operational Reporting and analysis of the existing fleet. The Service Offer Calculation Tool calculates in a detailed way the expected costs of a contract during the sales phase, and the Operational Reporting and Analysis monitors the performance of the individual contracts in operation. The link and transparency between the Sales phase and the operational phase is paramount for ensuring sustainable performance and identification of optimization potential.
The Sales Tools Specialists are responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Service Offer Calculation Tool ensuring it is aligned with all relevant stakeholders, following all relevant costing and financial guidelines as well mirroring operational standards and work practices.
The role of the Sales Tools Specialist is twofold.

• transform operational input into financial data by proper stakeholder management. Since the business and the products are in constant development the Sales Tools Specialist should make sure to always be aligned with the current standards of the business.
• User support to all users of the Service Offer Calculation Tool. User support can be either in the form of approving calculations, providing guidance on best practice calculation approaches, technical support in the IT platform of the tool and ad hoc problem solving.

What are my responsibilities?

• Annual cost update (cost collection and implementation) including continuous cost optimizations
• 1st level user and sales Support in terms of calculation methodologies, calculation reviews, and technical clarifications
• Business case calculations for new turbine models
• Update of Work Instructions and Manuals
• Training of new users in use of the Service Offer Calculation tool
• Support in build up of new data structure in terms of more sophisticated tools and templates
• Support in development of new tools/applications
• Master data implementation, optimizations and transparency, ensuring data is easily implemented and interpreted
• Stakeholder management - continuous follow up with relevant stakeholders in departments such as Maritime, Operations, training, monitoring, PLM etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
• Able to combine and interpret technical and financial input
• Culturally diverse as the team is multinational and many stakeholders are located outside Denmark.
• Master's degree or equivalent preferably within Finances, Business Improvement, Economics, Business Administration or the like.
• Minimum of 3 years professional working experience.
• Knowledge of and experience in Excel
• Fluent in English, both orally and written.
