GN Resound is experiencing large growth and success in our markets and we are therefore expanding our Business Intelligence team to be able to meet the increasing demands for SAP BI projects deliveries to our business units. We are looking for an experienced SAP BI Architect. As a SAP BI Architect, you will be part of a team of BI project managers, business consultants, developers, architects and external BI consultants. The team is globally responsible for delivering SAP BI solutions to business units around the world. The Job GN ReSound is using SAP BI on HANA for group financial planning, consolidation and financial reporting (SAP BW, SAP SEM-BCS, IP, BEX-analyzer and Web application Designer, SAP Workbooks and SAP Web Reports).The SAP BI Architect will the primary technical responsible for our SAP BI platform including SAP BI architecture and SAP BI technical solution design. The nature of the SAP BI projects will differ from small to large scale. You will communicate and collaborate with business consultants and developers in the BI team in Global IT and with business managers and users across the organization. The BI Business Architect’s main tasks is to: • Be the main responsible for the SAP BI Platform, Architecture and technical Solution Design • Help business users and business consultants identify and specify new SAP BI solutions for improved financial consolidation, planning, forecasting and group financial reporting. • Produce technical design of new SAP BI solutions to meet the business needs and optimize business value. • Deliver advisory to business managers and business consultants on how to benefit from our corporate SAP BI on HANA platform. • Assist and advise SAP BI developers in the different project phases. • Continuously ensure that we utilize the potential of the SAP platform to provide business benefits • Take part in SAP strategy/roadmap development and implementation. You will be challenged with the complexity of a truly global organization and in this context, you will need to navigate across cultures, across functions and organizational levels. Travel Yearly average travel time is expected to be 1-6 weeks, but varies with nature of project and project phase. Our primary locations are Denmark, United Kingdom, USA, China and Malaysia. What we expect from you The ideal candidate should have at least 5-10 years of experience with SAP BI Architecture and SAP consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting projects either from a consulting company or from a larger organization. You possess a business-oriented mindset and have a clear understanding of business values. You hold a Master or Bachelor degree in a relevant area (IT, Engineering). You communicate easily in Danish and English. You should possess the ability to: • Ensure an effective, performing, stable and secure SAP Platform that continuously satisfy business needs. • Translate business requirements into SAP BI technical solution design • Act as a valued SAP technical advisor for business managers and business consultants. • Demonstrate sound business judgment in balancing business value and IT cost and time. • Be able to communicate on different levels of the organization • Be service oriented and effective • Inspire business users and technical team. • Conceptual thinking but on the same time goal and solution oriented. • Structured and analytical with excellent planning and execution skills. • Participate in cross-functional discussions with Enterprise Architects and other Solution Architects. • Willing to travel international and used to work in a multicultural environment As a person you are are ambitious, result-oriented, open minded, trustful, and prepared to work in an organization with a rapidly changing environment.
