Do the extraordinary and help build our new One ERP
One ERP is the foundation of Danfoss’ digital transformation. It will give Danfoss speed and flexibility, enabling us to give a better digital customer experience. This will be possible by having aligned business processes, SAP configurations, business forms, master data definitions and training material across the entire organization. You will join a highly motivated One ERP Program Team with members from the four Danfoss segments and key corporate functions. Together with business input, they have built the system, established various interfaces and mapped business processes upfront using the latest technology available. An ambitious three-year roadmap is in place and will cover all Danfoss entities across the world.

The project offers a unique opportunity for career development, giving you exposure to all levels of management across many business units. We are currently seeking committed, dynamic, team players across a broad range of disciplines within SAP (S4/HANA) to join the One ERP team on permanent positions within:

• Finance & Controlling
• Sales & Distribution
• Warehouse Management
• Production Planning
• Service Management/Customer Service
• Global Trade Service
• Sales & Operational Planning
• Supplier Relationship Management 

Your focus will be to deliver tasks for both projects and support in all parts of Danfoss. You will create, review and approve functional designs and documentation, as well as conduct analysis of as-is business scenarios and development of to-be scenarios. Furthermore, you will ensure business satisfaction by maintaining a correct system configuration and by realization of system changes according to best practices and support review activities.
 
The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg with some time spent in Nordborg.
 
Proactive advisor with broad, extensive SAP skills
You have a solid background within SAP topped with experience within the expected area, but we will also consider candidates with the will to learn.
 
You possess great communication skills, which enables you to build and develop strong relationships, and to communicate your results in a clear and concise manner. You possess the necessary drive in combination with a strong fact-based approach to your tasks, and you are used to performing in a changing and international working environment. Finally, yet importantly, you are proficient in English both in writing and speech.
 
On a more personal note you are process oriented with a curious mindset and are motivated by building a strong internal network. You communicate effortlessly with all levels of the organization and understand and embrace cultural differences. A hands-on person who are self-driven and with a positive attitude towards complex challenges.
