Do you have a beating heart for Omni-channel Retail and Fashion? Are you a skilled SAP IS-Retail professional with a proven track record? Do you want to work with the newest tools in the SAP tool box? Then you are most likely the candidate we are looking for. ECCO has started an ambitious journey towards 2020 and beyond. We want to grow and expand our Omni-channel business. To do so are we right now looking for the right person to strengthen our SAP Retail team. You will be working with SAP FMS and SAP CAR. SAP FMS is a merge of SAP AFS and SAP IS-Retail so it is crucial that you know SAP IS-Retail customizing as the data model of the new system is the one from SAP IS-Retail. As a member of the Group IT Sales & Marketing Competence Center, the whole world is your working place. SAP is the central IT foundation for ECCO’s business value chain. We are already well on the way with our first implementation of SAP FMS, but still have many areas and retail functionalities untouched. The aim is to go-live with SAP FMS in the US in 2016 and from there on rollout to the rest of the world in the following years. You will be deeply involved in these projects as well any potential further enhancement projects to follow. The positions will be located in our headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark. You will be involved in all aspects of your area of responsibility. You will participate in development projects, which includes overall functional design, creation of prototypes as well as handling specifications and documentation and deliver smaller scale enhancements. Job Profile: •IT sparring partner for the business on the assigned projects and tasks - both in headquarters and globally •Analyze and map retail business requirements into possible IT deliverables •Design and setting up SAP FMS Retail functionalities including implementation & burn in support, followed by documentation and handover to operations •Facilitate and contribute in knowledge sharing •Participate in and/or Manage projects within SAP FMS Retail •Quality assurance •Documentation & Best practices to be followed Qualifications and Work Experience: You hold at least 5 years of experience working with SAP IS-Retail in a global sales organisation, and have participated in at least 1 full life cycle implementation. Your knowledge of SAP IS-Retail and ability to establish contact to peers will form the basis for sparring with the business responsible persons, and for the daily work within the SAP team. You know the methods used when implementing SAP Retail functionalities and you understand the value of keeping the functionality within the frames of SAP standard. Knowledge of POS systems and integration of those through SAP POSDM or SAP CAR is a further advantage. Educational: Bachelor or Master degree As a person you: •are characterized by being very customer oriented •have the ability to engage in close sparring with the customer •good at working within a project team, good team player •aim at always delivering in time, scope, high quality and within budget •thrive in a fast-paced environment with managing several on-going assignments/projects •have an analytical approach to tasks and focus on what is relevant to reach the goals set •are realistic and give constructive feedback •are good at establishing contact and trust •understand and respect cultural differences Travelling must be expected (app. 20 days per year, more in 2016 and 2017) Corporate language is English which you master in both writing and speech.
