Do you have an electrical background and some experience from construction sites? Do you like traveling and do you have an interest in IT and do you want to learn more about SCADA and control systems? Then you might be our new SCADA Electrician.

SCADA Operations are supporting the organisation in selling, installing and servicing a large number of SCADA systems controlling medium and large sized wind power plants across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.
Responsibilities
The SCADA Electrician will:

  • Proactively respond to scheduled installation of SCADA systems
  • Prepare the installation before going onsite to save time.
  • Follow up on readiness onsite for installation
  • Be in charge for the installation of SCADA equipment onsite
  • Maintain a high communication level with colleges and internal stakeholders
  • Meet the deadlines and quality agreed with the project.
  • Carry out the work in a safe way.
  • Documenting how the installation is done.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

  • Have an education as Electrician or within electrical automation/ electronics
  • Some work experience from the field e.g. construction sites

Competencies

  • Be knowledgeable about how to patch a network (coper and fiber)
  • Interest in IT e.g. computers, network and software
  • Want to learn more about SCADA and control systems
  • Be organised and have a methodical approach to work
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Speak and write English well, other language's will be a benefit
