We are looking for a skilled SCADA Engineer to join Vestas SCADA Operations. So if you have solid experience with commissioning of SCADA and control systems then this position might be your next career step. Global Service, Technical & Operations Support, EMEA SCADA Operations SCADA Operations is part of Regional operations in EMEA area and supports the organization in selling, installing and servicing a large number of SCADA systems controlling medium and large sized wind power plants across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors. Responsibilities and tasks The SCADA Engineer will: proactively respond to scheduled SCADA installation/configuration of SCADA systems be project manager on own projects and maintain a high communication level between customer and internal stakeholders implement SCADA software e.g. Vestas applications, server software, and network equipment configure hardware and software for wind farm control in accordance with local grid code requirements Qualifications and work experience The successful candidate will: have a relevant education have a proven track record in an electrical automation/ electronics and/or IT background be knowledgeable in Microsoft servers, PLC software/hardware and prosoft software be experienced in the maintaining or commissioning of SCADA and control systems be organised and have a methodical approach to work have excellent interpersonal and communication skills What we offer We offer an exciting job and a possibility to become part of a highly professional environment in a strongly expanding industry.
