On behalf of our client, Nu Skin Scandinavia, we are looking for a passionate and service minded colleague to join the existing customer service team, stationed at the Scandinavian Headquarters in central Copenhagen.
The office supports 7 markets in 6 different languages - and the Customer Service Center consists of 25 employees. The company offers their employees an encouraging environment and a nice set of benefits.

You’ll have a wide variety of tasks:

  • Helping customers and distributors by phone and e-mail in matters regarding orders, promotions, shipments, products, payments and online platforms.
  • Solving problems, answering questions and collecting feedback.
  • Working in multiple systems, among others Cisco, SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Generating ideas and solutions to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Helping teammates succeed and contribute in creating a professional, yet fun workplace.
