We are looking for someone who is equally collaborative, innovative, proactive and results-driven. This position is an individual contributor and will require working in close coordination with a diverse set of stakeholders throughout the organization, on various levels of seniority and responsibility. Key Responsibilities •Improve the external brand recognition of Seago Line •Improve the internal understanding of our brand proposition •Ensure the brand is considered and brand guidelines are adhered to in internal projects as well as external communication, product and service development and marketing materials. •Create and maintain accurate marketing materials. Implement and ensure of use of approved templates across the entire organization, finalize and roll out marketing collaterals •Manage the Seago Line intranet, news and visuals •Manage the new external website (http://www.seagoline.com) and ensure timely update of relevant content •Design and develop giveaways for the customers •Plan, direct and coordinate events, including customer forums, trade shows, industry conferences and speaking engagements •Coordinate internal communication •Maintain vendor relationships upon necessity •Run and coordinate Seago Line Customers Satisfaction Survey •Align with Maersk group and Maersk Line communication The ability to handle multiple projects, with various levels of involvement from hands-on till remote-management, in a fast-paced, quality oriented atmosphere while managing through roadblocks is an absolute must. Who we are looking for We are looking for a passionate person who has in-depth practical and theoretical experience in general branding, brand strategy creation, development, maintenance, influence, performance tracking, follow up, and alignment across business function. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills – verbal and written, strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across organizational layers and functions. Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, changing environment with an energetic and positive mind-set and attitude is a must. A successful candidate possesses excellent organizational, project and time management skills, as well as unwavering attention to detail. You must be a proactive communicator with fresh and innovative ideas to elevate the organization’s events strategy. You must have the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, and have the ability and desire to quickly acquire industry’s knowledge. A Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or branding. SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage.
