The sector account consultant will report to the Head of sector account Denmark, Jeppe Juul-Andersen. In the day to day business the role will be supporting Esben Torpe Jørgensen in developing and improving the relationship to the sector. The goal of the position is to create a structured and fact-based approach to costumers on sector product in Denmark (Betalingsservice, Dankort, NemID and clearing), with the ambition to further optimise the processes, products and services. The sector account team in Denmark has the responsibility for the overall sector relationships and governance whereas the responsibility for the products lies fully in the business units (e.g. P/L, business development). In order to fullfill the job, it is necessary to engage all parts of the organisation in a structured and efficient way. The position will be responsible for enhancing the framework and working procedures in order for Nets to maintain the market position as an industry leader. The person is expected to proactively help modify the products and seek new solutions to reflect future market developments as well as introducing existing products in new markets based on the market feedback from the costumers. This is done in close co-operation with the rest of Nets’ organisation like legal, Finance and BUs. Internally, the position will be responsible for a continuing follow-up on projects in other business units.
