For our EHS department within Service Wind Power we are looking for Security and Crisis Management Coordinator. The department is responsible for managing Security, Emergency and Crisis responsibilities on behalf of The Service Wind Power Organization, coordinating activities between Service Wind Power regions, the individual country entities and Siemens Corporate Security and Crisis Management. This position supports the Service Wind Power Management in identifying, documenting and assessing security aspects relevant for personnel, operations and other assets within Service Wind Power’s area of responsibility. In addition this position will also have a direct involvement with Service Wind Powers Facility Management in Brande regarding Emergency Responses and EHS related activities. What are my responsibilities? Coordinate and support all Service Wind Power Crisis Management activities Identify, assess and document security aspects as required by Service Wind Power’s business activities (ongoing operation & maintenance activities as well as new market entries) in cooperation with Siemens Wind Power and Global Corporate Security Support Service Wind Power’s Security and Emergency preparedness activities at Service Wind Power’s HQ located in Brande in a cooperation with Siemens A/S Facility Management Support in Investigations and Operational Support activities as required In this position you should expect up to 30 days of travelling per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a background from National Resilience, Police or Army/Military (i.e. bachelor or higher degree in emergency, crisis or disaster management). Previous experience with Emergency Management and/or International Security Business as well as experience with longer assignments/deployments in unstable countries/regions would be an advantage. You possess a strategic and innovative mindset and the ability to formulate a practical plan with positive impact on the results. Furthermore you have a strong intercultural awareness, enabling you to understand and bridge intercultural related issues. You possess the integrity, flexibility and authority to interact with both field operatives as with senior management functions as well as the competences and self-awareness to operate on the ground within potential unstable countries with fragile infrastructures – either alone or in cooperation with teams. Fluent level of both written and verbal English. Additional language preferred in the prioritized order: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, German.
