Security Program Manager, Facility Management, Bagsværd

This is a hybrid role that draws on both technical program management and operations security skills. This role is responsible for facilitating and reporting upon the Global Physical Security Programs (GPS) and activities across the security functions. The Security Program Manager will be tasked with developing technical programs to support the strategic security initiatives as well as establishing and managing long term goals. Additionally, this role is responsible for holistically managing programs, and act as User Manger throughout the lifecycle from initial inception to full operationalization.

The Security Program Manager will also act as Regional Security Officer in the EMEA region, and the primary vehicle for delivering physical and other security programs and project. Working at the direction of the Global Security Officer, focused primarily on contract management, planning, coordinating, and commissioning security programs in the EMEA region. The role will also involve driving security policy, technology and standards globally. In addition, the Security Program will also be called upon to assist with other Facility Management (FM) duties and responsibilities.

In this position, you need to:

• Coordinate program and operational activities to ensure the efficient and effective management of GPS initiatives
• Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the Global Physical Security Organization
• Develop an evaluation methodology to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Support the Global Physical Security function, specifically in the areas of budget, planning, and efficient management of limited resources
• Support cross-functional teams consisting of FM resources to fully develop new capabilities and align operational expectations with stakeholders
• Work with corporate IT leads to ensure proper implementation and rollout of new capabilities.
• Develop operational plans to ensure that, once complete, projects can smoothly move to full operationalization
• Identify and assess program risks that are to be reported to FM senior management along with viable options to manage the risk
• Have strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Have experience in Project Management methodologies i.e. PRINCE2 or following certifications PMP, PSP, IPMA (A,B), MPM and/or IAPM
• Experience in writing design specifications and standards, procedures etc.
