We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant, who is motivated to optimize our products and services and bring the business to the next level by applying and spreading his/her expert accounting knowledge.

As our Senior Accountant, your main responsibility also includes to take care of our small- and medium-sized customer’s accounting and make sure that they have an overview over their company’s finances. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, so you can give the best advice on tax- and accounting matters to our customers. You’ll act as a sparring partner for the customers and have the possibility to contribute evolving the accountancy industry by contributing to the development of the new business.

Specifically, you’ll:

• Produce error-free accounting reports for our customers
• Assist our customers with tax audits and tax returns
• Support our customers with month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
• Contribute to the further development of the new subsidiary
• Support in optimizing and automating workflows for our accountancy services
• Work in close collaboration with your team and support them by sharing your accounting knowledge

REQUIREMENTS

You’re highly experienced in the accounting business and are eager to develop and optimize services. You enjoy sharing your knowledge within the team and among the entire organization to support the business development.

You have strong experiences working as an accountant and are now ready for a new challenge and be a part of a dynamic, international environment. Also, you have an entrepreneurial mind-set, thrive in an agile work environment and are motivated to contributing to the development of our fast-paced technology company.

You also have:

• Near-native Danish language skills and conversational English language skills
• Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor or senior accountant
• Thorough knowledge of complex accounting procedures
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Minimum HD-R or cand.merc.aud. degree
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Up-to-date with current business trends
