Become a trusted advisor that helps develop eye-opening insights on children´s play. Provide an external perspective on play trends and become an invaluable partner to product development. And travel the world for 60-80 days a year to grow your interest in qualitative research and methods. Facilitating nuanced consumer insights As a senior analyst, you join the Innovation & Trends team in Billund to help develop future LEGO® play experiences by injecting nuanced qualitative consumer insights into the product development process. You do so through manageable, commercial and strategic recommendations tailored to the LEGO design and marketing organisation. And the information behind the recommendations you provide are founded on the mostly qualitative research projects, which you structure and design yourself. Also, you: Run concept, communication and packaging research for selected product lines Become a valuable sparring partner, make presentations and report findings to key stakeholders, and you support the LEGO Group as a trusted advisor and specialist on consumer insights Work with our vendor network in key markets to plan, implement and analyse field studies among children and families Connect the dots across various data touch points, synthesising insights and making clear recommendations for LEGO decision makers Travel 60-80 days a year, primarily to the US and Germany, to conduct research in collaboration with external research institutes and local LEGO colleagues Children deserve only our best You join a team that helps expand the imaginations of millions of children, because we inspire our colleagues to invent, create and transform. Methodological curiosity and qualitative research experience You succeed, because you are able to collect insights through individually tailored qualitative methods. Thus, you are keen to experiment with new ways of understanding consumers, markets and do innovation research. And you are curious as well as adept and interested in integrating research findings to support business strategy and decision-making. Your qualifications: You hold a master´s degree within social sciences or similar You probably have 2-3 years of experience doing qualitative research giving you a well-equipped methodological toolbox as well as a basic understanding of applied statistics and Excel You have a proven track record of designing, planning, conducting, analysing and communicating research projects for clients or stakeholders - and your PowerPoint skills are above average You communicate effortlessly in English. It is a plus, if you have a good understanding of German, but it is not a requirement.
