Join GN and put both your consultancy and third-line support skills to good use. Supporting our resource planning systems, you will enable us to deliver high-end hearing aids for consumers around the world.
Welcome to GN Hearing – we make life sound better
At our HQ in Ballerup, you step into our Navision ERP team within the Global IT Department. In total, we are 10 business consultants, architects and developers across Denmark, the Philippines and Malaysia who provide third-line ERP support to GN Hearing.
We currently work with Navision 3.60, 5.0 and 2009. However, you will also work hands-on with Dynamics 365 for finance and operations – the next generation of intelligent cloud business applications.
Implement efficient ERP solutions
As a senior business consultant, you will partake in various ERP projects together with our PMO and developers. You get a crucial role uncovering business needs from our departments and advising them on efficient ERP solutions – whether it be for finance, procurement, operations, etc. Subsequently, you will ensure a proper handover to our developers.
This also means, that you:
• ensure clear communication regarding timelines, solutions and requested information for the involved stakeholders
• maintain compliance with requests and change requests to ensure ongoing development on the projects
• write up RFCs (Request for Change) for minor enhancements and test the developers’ solutions
• provide application support to superusers and end users escalated from our second-level Application Support team
Understanding for projects and business needs
With your strong business acumen, you have the ability to understand and translate business needs into solid quality solutions. Also, you are an avid team player as your project team relies on close collaboration to succeed with their projects.
Moreover, you:
• Know the navigation for ERP systems, and you have experience with Navision
• Preferably have experience with Dynamics 365 but it is not a requirement
• Preferably have experience from the hearing aid industry
• Have the flexibility to travel a maximum of 20 days a year to our global sites, e.g. in England and the US, to partake in global ERP projects
• Speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
