A position as Business Controller in Diabetes Finished Products in Kalundborg (DFP KA) Business Support is open. About the department Diabetes Finished Products in Kalundborg is a site with 680 highly motivated employees. We are a complex site with Aseptic Filling, Assembly and Packaging. In Business Support we aim to support our internal and external customers in a provisional way. In this job your primary contacts will be within the Danish production organisation in Kalundborg and you will also get the opportunity to build a finance network through your collaboration with colleagues from DFP Finance Network team based in Bagsværd responsible for driving key finance controlling processes at DFP level, such as monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, Rolling Estimates (REs) and Anchor Budgets (AB). The position Together with colleagues, you will participate in and be responsible for various financial planning and reporting processes to management; the tasks include preparation and follow up of the monthly reporting, budgeting and controlling of raw materials used in production. In this job it is expected that you built a strong relationship with Site management and production departments. It is expected that you spend time weekly on the shop-floor where it all happens and where you will gain valuable information on what activities should be prioritised. During month end close and budget process you will be travelling to Bagsværd to work closely with the other finance controllers as part of DFP Finance Network, providing support to each other. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in business administration or similar with excellent results and you must have a flair for numbers and systems; you have several years of experience with controlling and planning tasks, preferably from within Product Supply. Knowledge of SAP Production is an advantage; you have the ability to think and act strategically but you are also motivated by the daily follow up; As a person, you are ambitious and a team-player and you know how to balance meeting both deadline and quality of your work; You have good communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organisation; Your tasks will also require that you can work independently and are able to structure and prioritise your own time and tasks.
