Do you want to be our new colleague and fill in an important role?

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Develop and maintain Category Strategies for the specific IT category including several sub categories e.g. Software, Network, ensuring implementation and adherence of each category execution plans in alignment with Businesses;
• Driving relevant sourcing projects, contributing with category specific knowledge, ensure all projects are in alignment with the individual Category Strategies (Baseline, scope, strategy & recommendation), as well as rewarded contracts may be operationalized with clear KPI’s and SLA’s and defined governance;
• Pro-actively manage key Vendors, including Vendor development, performance reviews and dispute settlement
• Be accountable for delivering on the Categories’ Performance and Savings Targets.

Your professional qualifications include:

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, law or engineering with a broad as well as in depth understanding of corporate IT
• experience with category management of IT Procurement categories and technology contract review and negotiations from a similar job position
• experience and a hands-on approach to Category Management, Sourcing and Vendor Management processes
• ability to create good relationships with stakeholders – internally and externally
• negotiation experiences with vendors and taking responsibility for planning and executing the negotiation process
• oral and verbal English business language skills and strong proficiency herein is needed.
• Experience from working in international organizations is an advantage, as well as the ability to network with people from different locations, across cultures and management levels.
