Create great Impact through change and impact management in our Strategic Programme department at Nets

As we are embarking on a journey to improve the capabilities within Programme Management and impact & change management in Nets, we are now looking for a highly skilled Change manager who can be part of our leap towards customer focus and business value creation. 

You will play key role in defining how we work with Impact – and Change management in Nets strategic programmes at the same time as you will also show the way by being part of the key programmes. 

You will be part of a new department with a purpose of driving strategic programmes in Nets and create these improved capabilities.   

This is a role involves across all business functions as well as geographically at all locations and you´ll have a great impact to Nets and the value our programmes create. 

Working location is at our office in Ballerup. Some travelling is to be expected, mainly between Nets locations in the Nordics. (approx. 1-4 travel monthly)

Furthermore, we expect that your extensive contact with our various teams will make you a generator for ideas and input to our continuous improvement agenda and thereby an important participant in our quest to dramatically increase our customers’ happiness with Nets.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Define and drive the implementation of Change management methodologies in our programmes
• Define and drive the implementation of how we work with impact management in Nets programmes
• Drive and support your team colleagues with change management & impact management needs in different programs across Nets.
• Organise, facilitate and participate in change workshops                      
• Ensuring new processes are anchored in the line organisation and follow up on adherence.
• Develop and maintain our change management tool-box
• Develop and maintain our impact management tool-box
• Communicate and report on change management related tasks
• Provide awareness and information to management about the risks of future changes

Experienced Change manager from a large organisation
Preferred background and qualifications:

• Experience in change - and project/program management from sizable projects
• Experience in working across a large organisation and at all organisational levels
• Demonstrated progression and growth within the organisational change management discipline through past career experiences
• Experience with process mapping and -design
• Experience with strategy and planning related to organisational changes and workforce transitions
• Experience from working with the ADKAR change management model or ADKAR Certification would be an advantage

 

As English is our corporate language, we expect that you speak and write English as well as you do in one of the Scandinavian languages.
