Would you like to play a key role in driving Operations’ cost of electricity roadmap in the leading company in offshore wind power? Join us and become Senior CoE Roadmap Manager in our 'Operations Cost of Electricity Roadmap' team in Wind Power Operations. We are a new department responsible for managing the cost of electricity roadmap in Operations with the aim of reaching target reductions in levelised cost of electricity (LCoE). The department is a part of Wind Power which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at one of our Danish offices in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Skærbæk near Fredericia or alternatively at our London office in the United Kingdom on local terms and conditions. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Your key duties will be to be responsible for developing and managing the CoE roadmap for the Operations business identify, assess and prioritise projects and initiatives in Operations based on LCoE and Local Content impact be responsible for systematically driving cost reductions and ensuring that the target reduction in Operations is reached be responsible for high-quality and timely reporting of Operations LCoE metrics to Wind Power senior management. You will regularly interact with multi-disciplinary internal stakeholders, ranging from technical specialists, financial analysts to decisions makers. Moreover, you will drive identification of levers to achieve cost reductions and assist in establish and report on targets for the Operations business. Furthermore, you will support senior management in decision making regarding new projects and initiatives based on LCoE and Local Content impact. In addition, you will ensure that long-term OPEX business cases are anchored in the CoE Roadmap. You will participate in establishing the Operations CoE Roadmap function and develop efficient and effective internal processes and interfaces. Your qualifications and competences include that you hold a relevant master's degree in finance, business administration, economics or similar combined with demonstrable and relevant commercial and financial experience and insight have demonstrated strong analytical skills and a structured approach in solving complex problems have an interest in understanding the technical and operational aspects of operating a wind farm have extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint speak and write English fluently. Relevant job experience from the offshore wind industry or other the utility or heavy asset industry and/or from consultancy will be favourably considered. You are results-oriented, have a strong drive to execute tasks and have a flair for communicating efficiently with stakeholders. Furthermore, you have a profound interest in understanding both the specifics within asset operations and the commercial decisions needed to achieve reduced LCoE and optimisation of value creation. You are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise the most important issues. Furthermore, you are able to create results through teamwork and develop good relationships with your colleagues and business partners.
