Do you have IT contract knowledge? In this role, you pave your own way and set the standards for IT-outsourcing in a global IT-organisation of 600. Here, you collaborate with vendors, optimise contracts and increase cooperation across business lines. Share your ideas You join a team that is working on improving IT vendor management to achieve professional standardised vendor interactions and great collaboration with our vendors. In helping us doing so, you really get to share your ideas and build fruitful, open and trusting relationship between internal IT colleagues and external vendors. Thus, you help us establish a professional vendor management office, where you focus on strategic and emerging partners. More specifically, you: Manage contracts and advise on how to interpret these, just as you manage contractual changes and ensure that deliverables are tracked and reported Develop a partnership philosophy within the overall outsourcing arrangement Take ownership of our governance agenda by managing governance forums, calendars and follow-up actions as well as providing input on capacity management processes Manage contract issues and disputes, ensure that these are tracked and documented and drive an agenda of locating and mitigating misalignments Cooperate with stakeholders and challenge both internal and external collaborators, align expectations, drive the vendor agenda and answer a broad range of questions Trusted to perform At the LEGO Group, we offer a supportive, collaborative network, where you get every chance to develop deep expertise and a thorough understanding of our international business. Commercial contract expertise and people skills You will be challenged on your ability to drive a change management agenda internally in the LEGO Group and make the CIT organisation buy into it. So to facilitate this, you know how to manage stakeholders by communicating in a clear and concise manner and balancing your expectations in relation to the maturity you meet across the organisation. Your qualifications: You hold 3-5 years' experience in a commercial contract environment combined with a background in Law, Accounting or extensive functional knowledge of managing outsourcing contracts You have project management skills, financial and commercial understanding, and a proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines You know how to draft and negotiate commercial contracts including service level agreements in an ICT environment You have strong persuasion and negotiation skills, which you can apply internally and externally You speak and write English fluently Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
