Do you want to play a vital role in developing the C&I Sales commercial excellence approach across five countries?  

Join us and become Senior Commercial Excellence Associate in the Commercial Excellence team in C&I Sales where you’ll play a key role in taking C&I Sales to the next level of commercial excellence by contributing with your drive and commercial excellence experience.  

You’ll be working closely together with two other Senior Commercial Excellence Associates and be a part of the Commercial Excellence team (eight people in total). C&I Sales is present in Denmark, the UK, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands and focuses on larger customers and offers a wide range of energy solutions from selling standardised energy products to custom-made long-term, green energy solutions to strategic customers. You’ll work together with skilled and motivated colleagues in an international environment.  

As Senior Commercial Excellence Associate, you’ll operate across the five sales organisations, and also together with product owners across the company. Our current initiatives include implementation of one shared CRM system (Salesforce), conceptualising and implementing the C&I Sales Academy (sales skills training), customer segmentations, defining and implementing the right KPI’s, setting up the right link between product owners and Sales, and similar initiatives to improve sales performance.   

Your key tasks will be to 

• analyse, identify and conceptualise initiatives within commercial excellence 
• lead the implementation of identified initiatives and create clear results  
• constantly challenge C&I Sales in our market approach and way of working 
• work closely with senior executives in the C&I Sales organisation. 

 Your competences include that you 

• have a master’s degree in economics, finance, engineering or similar with top grades 
• have some experience from management consulting or in-house commercial excellence, business development, strategy or equivalent  
• have a strong analytical approach, solid project management skills and an innovative mindset 
• are a strong networker that influences stakeholders at all levels 
• have top management communications skills and can formulate complex issues in a simple and concise manner.
