Join us and become our new Senior Commercial Manager in the Asset Performance & Partnerships team, which is responsible for delivering outstanding commercial and joint venture partnership support to the portfolio of construction and operational assets. Asset Performance & Partnerships is part of Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based either at one of our Danish offices in either Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Skærbæk near Fredericia or alternatively at our London office in the United Kingdom on local terms and conditions. You should, however, expect some travelling in Northern Europe in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing consistent and high-quality commercial and joint venture management support to the asset manager. You will apply your advanced skillset and expertise to improve, change or adapt existing methods or develop and implement new ideas, techniques or procedures drawn from your own well-proven experience. You will deliver commercial outcomes that maximise the lifetime value of the asset and help to provide optimal performance of the asset in the operational phase. You will also co-negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements, ensuring their correct implementation in the asset with follow-up procedures, coordinating with the asset manager to optimise value creation. You will ensure that we are in compliance with partnership governance requirements and independently lead daily partnership management and processes. You will also proactively manage partner relations and keep the partners informed, whilst driving value for the company in all partner interaction. In addition, you will ensure that our core values, including HSE, are maintained in the partnership at all times, and you will act as executive secretary in connection with meetings in the Partnership Board, Steering Committee or Executive Committee, ensuring joint venture governance and the preparation of high-quality partner meeting materials. Your profile You hold a relevant master's degree in business administration or economics or you have a legal background. You have experience in managing, processing or negotiating agreements and contracts as well as experience in partner or joint venture management. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently. You will have excellent communication skills, enabling you to navigate in a complex setting with many stakeholders. You thrive on functioning as a role model for junior team members and have a high degree of business integrity. You will be able to draw on a high work capacity and be able to plan and prioritise your tasks so that you can take suitable measures when solving tasks and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you will be able to set high standards for work performance and execution and follow up on delegated tasks and decisions.
