Do you want to help create a world that runs entirely on green energy?

Join us and become Senior Communication Advisor in Sustainability, Public Affairs & Branding where you’ll be responsible for supporting our European markets with developing and managing public affairs, and for branding and marketing plans that support the realisation of our business objectives in markets such as Taiwan and Japan.

Sustainability, Public Affairs & Branding is responsible for the positioning, branding and marketing of the organisation and our solutions and for driving our sustainability agenda forward. We support the organisation’s increasing number of markets in realising their business objectives.

Your key tasks will be to

• identify needs for branding and marketing initiatives to support business objectives and work with market to produce, as well as continuously update annual plan and budget proposals for how to market the organisation and our solutions 12-18 months ahead
• support the development and execution of stakeholder engagement plans, campaigns and market specific content based on business plans, market dynamics, stakeholder landscape, competitor messaging and target audience
• Serve as point of contact for the local communications and branding team for content and campaign support, photos and web sites
• serve as point of contact for the local government and regulatory affairs team and ensure that requests for films, folders, merchandise etc. to support dialogue with political and regulatory stakeholders are met.

Your competences include that you

• are a strong communicator who has the ability to translate business needs in markets into concrete branding and marketing initiatives and deliverables
• are capable of independently defining the process that will lead to desired deliverables despite a complex context, concerns for time, resource or stakeholder constraints and competing priorities
• correctly identify internal and external stakeholder landscapes and establish strong relations with stakeholders
• possess a strong ability to adjust personal communication to stakeholder needs and to communicate top down both verbally and in writing
• are structured and well organised and capable of synthesising and structuring complex information into simple plans and overviews, but at the same time capable of adjusting quickly to changing realities.

You should have a strong understanding of political communication and of how political stakeholders drive the energy market. You should be fluent in English and have a thorough understanding of Asian cultures with a focus on Taiwan and Japan. Preferably, you also have a solid command of Mandarin.
